Terms of service
last updated August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Tashi app. By using it, you agree to them. Questions go to support@tashi.app.
Using Tashi
Tashi is a planning tool for your own wedding. You may use it as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for what you put into it and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.
The people on your guest list
When you add a guest you are entering someone else's details. Only add details you are entitled to use, use them to plan and invite, and remove anyone who asks you to.
Subscriptions
- Premium is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store, at the price shown there at the time of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when a subscription is bought.
Vendor listings
If you manage a vendor listing, you confirm you are entitled to represent that business, and that the details and images you publish are accurate and yours to use. We may remove a listing that is not.
What we do not promise
Tashi is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with a vendor. Check anything that matters, such as a booking or a payment deadline, with the vendor directly.
Ending it
You can stop using Tashi and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app means you accept the current version.
